Personal Cure
Personal Hygiene is how you care for your body. This practice includes bathing, washing hands and brushing teeth everyday in order to stay healthy both inside and out! Taking time each day (or night) can help prevent illnesses from spreading around others or making themselves feel self-conscious about their appearance so they don't come into contact with germs as much. Practices such as taking a shower daily not only keeps us clean but also helps maintain good mental health too by helping ease anxiety when feeling stressed due an outbreak at school/work etc., which reduces stress levels allowing one’s mind more space & energy needed work through things.
